Australian artist Kari Henriksen's art practice encompasses painting, works on paper and artist books.

Kari is known for her atmospheric paintings of clouds. She creates work in response to her experience and observations of the sky and the effects of light and atmosphere on the landscape. She says she continues to  be intrigued by the ephemeral nature of those transitory moments and how weather can affect the mood of the landscape.
